Your Usher Duties:
- Greet and seat patrons.
- Manage tickets and guide guests.
- Assisted during the show and helped with concessions.
User Expectations:
- Ushers must be pleasant, courteous, and professional towards all patrons.
- Ushers should keep their personal opinions to themselves and should speak positively about all ECC Arts Center performances when they are on duty.
- Ushers must be respectful towards all cultures and patrons.
- Refrain from using cell phones or electronic devices during a show.
- ECC is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the buildings.
- ECC is a firearms and weapons-free campus.
What We Need:
- Must be 18+.
- Fluent in English.
- Available for at least 10 hours each season (September 1 - August 30).
- Comfortable with our volunteer portal for scheduling.
